We do NOT allow resellers of mass-produced items (e.g., Amazon/Shein merchandise), cell phone reps, real estate agents, insurance agents, and corporate solicitors are not permitted. My application may be denied without refund if I misrepresent my offerings.

Market Rules & Regulations

Booth Setup Requirements

  • Space size: Standard booth is 10’×10’ unless otherwise stated. Stay within your footprint.

  • Canopy: Required for outdoor events. Weights are mandatory — minimum 40 lb per leg. No stakes on asphalt.

  • Tables/Displays: Provide your own tables, chairs, displays, signage, and lighting.

  • Branding & Presentation: Keep your booth cohesive, tidy, and family-friendly.

  • Food Vendors: Must bring a fire extinguisher and meet all health/fire code requirements.

Power, Lighting & Generators

  • General rule: Market is non-powered unless your confirmation explicitly includes power.

  • If power is offered, it’s by pre-approval only and may include a fee. Bring 50–100 ft outdoor-rated extension cords. All cords must be taped/covered for safety.

  • No daisy-chaining power strips.

  • Generators: Only quiet inverter generators allowed, with sound shielding if needed. Position them safely, away from aisles and fumes directed away from neighbors

 Product & Compliance

  • Sell only items you listed/approved in your application. New categories require written approval.

  • You’re responsible for all permits, licenses, tax collection, packaging, and product safety.

  • No illegal, counterfeit, or trademark-infringing goods. No weapons or adult-only content.

Conduct & Community Standards

  • Be kind, collaborative, and professional with patrons, staff, and fellow vendors.

  • Music at a low, non-disruptive volume only (headphones preferred if you want your own tunes).

  • Keep aisles clear; no hawking or obstructing neighboring booths.

  • Children and helpers must remain under your supervision.

Market Hours, Sales & Early Tear-Down

  • You must be fully set up by market  start time and open for the entire market.


  • No early tear-down. Breaking down before the posted end time may result in a warning or suspension from future markets.


  • After closing, break down completely, then bring your vehicle up to load. This keeps load-out fast and safe for everyone.

Trash, Recycling & Clean-Up

  • Pack it in, pack it out. Bring your own trash bags. Do not use customer cans for vendor waste.

  • Leave your space clean and debris-free. A cleaning fee may apply if you leave a mess.

Weather & Safety Policy

  • This is a rain-or-shine event unless the organizer announces a delay, pause, relocation, or closure for safety.


  • High winds/monsoon conditions: canopies must be secured with proper weights. We may pause sales or require canopies down temporarily if winds become unsafe.


  • No refunds or rollovers due to weather or conditions outside the organizer’s control.


  • If the organizer cancels for safety or site issues, we’ll communicate next steps (any exception terms will be stated in that notice and supersede these standard rules).

 Fees, Refunds, Transfers & Rollovers

  • All booth fees are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and no rollovers.

  • Spaces are first-come, first-served upon payment. We do not hold spots without payment.

  • If you can’t attend, please let us know — but no refunds/rollovers will be issued.

  • Any event-specific exceptions (if offered) will be listed in your acceptance email/checkout page and will override this section for that event only.

Photography & Promotion

  • By participating, you grant the organizer permission to photograph and record your booth/products and to use the content for marketing across any media without compensation.

 Liability Waiver & Indemnification

By applying and/or attending, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You participate at your own risk. The organizer, property owner/manager, affiliates, volunteers, and staff are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, bodily injury, property damage, or other claims arising from your participation, products, equipment, setup, or actions.

  • You are solely responsible for your property, inventory, equipment, and helpers.

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizer and site from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation, products, conduct, or breach of these rules or applicable law.

  • You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, fire and health codes, and any additional site rules.

  • You understand the no-refund/no-rollover policy and the weather safety provisions above.
