• Vendor info: name, business name, email, phone, social handles, product photos, website, category, insurance status, special requirements (e.g., power), and any other application responses.

• Payments: processed by third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, Square). We do not store full card numbers.

• Communications: emails, DMs, survey responses, and other messages.

We often photograph and record at public events to promote Borderlands Market. By entering the event area, attendees may be captured in photos or videos used for our social media, website, or promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our team on-site; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

Vendors may be featured in promotional highlights using business names, logos, submitted photos, and booth images.
